    Maybe like an Easter Egg Hunt, or Design contest. Then award them using your point system if you have one, or some sort of special title for the winner.

    Do you have friendly topics that can allow your users to easily reply to? Or you can also ask your mods to stay active and reply to messages to keep the forum active.

    Could it be time for a design or functionality overhaul? Sticking with existing functionalities for too long can be bad. Try adding in new and interesting stuff to attract your members back. Feeling Smart
