Hello Brandon Thanks for joining. Hope that you'll find it interesting here, although I must admit that it's rather quiet here. It's been a while since I was up on the support forum as well but that doesn't really matter. Hope you'll come back?

What made you decide to join actually?

What made me join? Well first I saw your advertisement thread on FM, then second I saw your place was pretty quiet, third my forum is as well, I figure maybe we can help each other out.

Your forum looks pretty cool and it's got a unique theme, broadcasting. I actually know little to nothing about the process of broadcasting, except for how it's used as a mean of mass media. And you do have quite an amount of members there, good good.

Well we can make you am expert, or at least make you sound like you know your talking about. We also do have sections dedicated to tv shows, fm programs, social media, commericials and more. Do not let the registered members count fool you. We are actaully quite an old forum (founded in 2011), we have been active 2 seperate times, this is going to be my 3rd attempt now. I have had to disapper off the web due to life problems all 3 times and even though the last time I had a second admin, without the founder everyone leaves. Most of those members are inactive. Only about 6 or 7 are active, 4 or 5 of those are staff members. We could use another member. Post in your free time or when you can. We need some people familar with forums. Broadcasting folks are not really into them... so we have a dual fight.

I remember experiencing something of the sort, where a number of people having those random spells of busy times somehow ended up with everyone having that busy period together. The once great forum just fell from being the most active site on FM, to nothing at all and is now completely gone. It still pains me when I think of it from time to time.

It's good that you're making attempts to revive your site, but I think to revive a site usually requires a fresh paint over the forum, which takes time as well.

I'll make myself a member there, though the only topics that I can really participate is probably the photography part.

You can feel free to create new topics in other sections like Television shows, that section is really about your favorite tv shows, we also have a General Chit Chat Section, Forum Games section and a couple of other sections that require very little to nothing Broadcasting Experience.

I what you mean by the make over. My make over consists of adding and reorganizing sections. Many of those are new that we have. You may notice a few sections with only 1 topic and others with none (Like the photography section). We are doing anything extremelly major (or at least anything that will take all admins being present and shutting the forum down) we are keeping our pyschical theme and just modifying it. We have added a few new staff groups, added a VIP Membership group and a section reserved for them. I also have 2 other admins now, Samantha is my newest but she knows her way around the acp. She has installed the awc chatbox for me. Legend is around but he is stablizing his life and then he will be on more. I usually hire my other admins to handle any code, or css or stuff along those lines as I am not that good with it.

So yes we are making some changes, but nothing that is too hard, most of them are done and in place or getting kicked off. Most of the hard work was done by me in 2 days, the rest we have slowly been working on over time, but they are virtually finished now.
